Our custom Docuware Validations allow user input to be validated against the existing Docuware database (not just for validation of user input). Say you have a field or set of fields that you do not want duplicated or which must be sequential and perhaps prepopulated … use one of our customer Docuware Validations to automatically populate a field or check that a series of invoice numbers are not duplicated.
